Desolder couple of them. Hit them with torch till they are incinerated to ash. Put ash in black pan and wash ash away. Use loupe to see colour of bonding wires.

Theoretically, yes, but to know the exact amount of gold you can recover the answer has been provided by patnor1011 already.
