I am a complete novice but am really excited and am in the process of collecting all the e scrap I can with craigslist ads and word of mouth. I am really more interested in the refining than the collecting so to be honest I will prob end up buying most of my scrap. I am in the process of trying to learn as much as I can so I don"t get ripped off and can find a decent deal. If anyone can be of and help or guidance I would truly appreciate it. Ebay really scares me because it just seems really easy for a noob like me to get ripped off.
A little about my background I am 35 years old, an Army veteran, and married with no kids. My main goal is just to make a little extra money to tuck away for retirement because my wife and I struggle to save. To be honest I will prob just sit on all the gold I make until money is needed. Anyway I have lurked non stop for a day and am just trying to soak up as much info as I can. Once I have done some more research, I look forward to posting a lot more but being a novice it's prob best I just read the info already given.
