Hello everyone, for years I have collected silver bullions and coins. More recently I came across a gold coin through some change, which sparked a small fire under me. I always have full computers laying around the house Why not get the gold out of them? Before anyone gets too excited....these full computers are generally broken( smoke/water/electrical damage) I can't thank you guys enough for starting this site/forum. It has helped me with identifications and proper procedures, I have already started reading Hoke's Book due to all the recommendations I have seen on the forum.

I am going to try my very first mix using HCL/Peroxide then the HCL/Clrx Cleaning/Precipitation method. So wish me luck =)
