Welcome aboard.
If you find you have a keen interest in learning to refine, I strongly recommend you download a copy of Hoke's book and study what it teaches until it make sense. Once you understand her information, you should be able to address any issues that may arise. Please note that she does not address the processing of electronic scrap, but you will learn a great deal about that subject by reading the forum.
Please look for a post by lazersteve, and follow the links he provides. It will help familiarize you with the forum and give you a better understanding of the refining processes that are promoted on the forum.
