How long have you been refining gold? : Just starting out!
What are you looking for in our community? : Hints and Tips
How did you discovered our Forum? : On line looking for hints and tips.
Other : This new hobby has really intrigued me. I have always thought about the millions of things out there to find. Just what to do with it after? Started reading and researching (many hours now) and lots of micky mouse ways of getting a finished product. I was very happy to come across this forum with lots of expert advice and direction.

Thanks ! Brent

Hi Brent, the best hint and trick I can offer you is to read C.M. Hoke's book and study the forums. There are no shortcuts or tricks to doing this safely. You need the basic knowledge and understanding of the various processes for refining before the tips and tricks make complete sense, and you can implement them safely. Best of luck and welcome to the forums!
