Hello all my name is Andrew Piskorski, however most people have problems pronouncing my last name so I just tell them to call me ski. I'm 21 almost 22 years old and work in a foundry in a shipyard. I've been employed there for 2 years and some change. My main hobby is metal casting so I love my job however I was casting metal for several years in my backyard prior to my employment at the foundry and had loads of fun doing it. I still do now however I've proceeded to "refine" (pun intended ) my knowledge and started getting more into the math and science aspects of casting. I frequent the backyard metal casting forum alloy avenue and several years ago I met up with a gentleman named Kerri he is a silversmith and turned my spotlight over to pm's and seeing as my budget only allows me to work with silver at the moment. However Kerri and I are pooling to get a cell together so we can refine his scrap and I can refine silver from sterling to fine ( to me it's like a half tied shoe) and at I'm ashamed to say that when I was younger and not as wise and knew nothing about pm's I had 20-30 hard drives I had melted down and sold as aluminum scrap. Needless to say if i could go into the past I would be kicking my own behind.
