Got a bunch of these a few months ago and finally snapped a photo on my way back out the door. The boards are from Motorola LMR radio chargers. The small silver box on the bottom, I have look far and wide and can’t figure out for the life of me what it is? I thinking some kind of oscillator because of the little floating bar on top but I’ve never seen one like it. White ceramic like base with what appears to be gold under. I didn’t charge my good camera but I can take a macro shot later if needed, figured I finally remembered and maybe someone knew. Thanks all.

Didn’t know if anyone had better information on them… I’ve never seen them with white ceramic bases… and thanks for the sarcastic response instead of a useful bit of information , well needed this morning

Stick around. You ain’t seen nothin’ yet!

As to the oscillator, there are thousands of case designs. Many are similar in general appearance.

Time for more coffee.

I don't see the sarcasm. He confirmed your suspicion of what it was. That was a useful bit of information.

Usually when someone responds to a question, we thank them for taking the time.
