Hi everyone I ran across a bunch of I think I hear folks call them dog bone capacitors but I was wondering if they had any precious metals in them silver I thought but didn't know if I was lucky enough for these to contain some palladium. thanks guys and gals

Your example are a type of silver mica, not the "dog bone" style. There are thin sheets of mica plated with silver, stacked and clampled on both ends. No other precious metals.

if the mica plates are as gray as in the photo, then there is no silver, it is tin.
The silver plates should shine brightly
