It's not that bad. :shock:
Your in good hands here on the forum and we are really quite helpful when we can be.
You didn't leave enough for us to have an idea on what advice to offer other than read.
Locate claudie or palladium's posts and in their signature line you will find links to several downloads. Start with C M Hoke's book and that will give you a much needed knowledge and also show you it is not that bad once you get a little understanding on whats going on.

Near as I can tell by the post, I think he may be trying to open a child resistant package. They can be extremely difficult to open. I usually try to find a child to help me, as they seem to be more capable of success with them. If no children are available, go to Home Depot and get a sawsall with a demolition blade, but please use safety equipment such as safety glasses when operating. :|
