Hello all.
Just doing the self intro thingy.
My name is Gregory
I live in Margaret River Western Australia.
I have done many different jobs in my life and currently I am semi-retired.
I am just learning about gold recovery from scrap.
I have built a fume hood and have started playing with reverse electroplating following some of the guides on youtube and trying to workout a process that will work for me.
Seems to be slightly contradictory information out there so I have joined in the hope I can get a better understanding of the process and to share my successes and failures. I don't have much of a problem with making mistakes, especially when I am pushing my boundaries as I often do.

Welcome to us.
Youtube is more like a Russian roulette endeavour.
There are good video producers out there, but most are not, and some even may do more damage than good.
Sreetips, Owltech and some more are good and also members here.

Study the forum and read, learning to search will pay dividends.

Yes it is very much like that.
I do have a few questions and will ask specific ones once I get a better handle on all this.
I am currently searching all posts associated with the sulphuric (that's how we spell it but probably easier to use the American spelling here) sulfuric acid reverse electroplating. That seems to be where I have started anyway.
