I am looking for a large refinery in New York

I am looking for a large refinery similar to Republic Metals in Miami, FL. ( https://www.republicmetalscorp.com/ )
I do not want a small business. I need one that is large, can assay and make payments fast. If you have any suggestions, I would appreciate it. I need one near JFK airport if possible.

If you meet the owner, tell him that Scott Brown from Noble-MetalWorks recommended you to him, I have only spoken with him a few times, if he doesn't remember just tell him I was talking to him about a deal coming from NASA. He was recommended to me by someone else who I deeply respect.

Will do Scott. Do you or anyone out there know of a large refinery like this near Charlotte, NC or Boston, MA? How do you locate them? Is there a listing somewhere that list large refineries? I've tried Google but come up with zilch...
