Hi Krauser and welcome to the forum. Why did you decide on cell phones to recover precious metals? They are not a good starting point for a beginner, there are lots of steps for little return.
Before you start buying phones and chemicals you should do some studying on the following subjects;
Where in the phones precious is used and in what amounts typically.
Which phones are worth more selling vs scrapping
How to break down the phones and prepare them for PM recovery
How to recover the PMs from the broken down cells
How to refine the PMs from the recovery stage
How to properly dispose of waste solutions and scraps
How to perform all the above steps safely and without causing harm to yourself, others nearby or the environment.

Once you understand all the above processes, start looking for source material.

As I know some kind of china news paper report one tone cell phone can have around 300-400g of gold . how about scrap?
