I recently obtained a "14K JABEL" gold and diamond ring. Anyone that can explain what "JABEL" means is more than welcome to call me a ******* after doing so

Jabel is the manufacturer of the item you own. Most jewelry manufacturer in the US will stamp or mark their art with a label or name in order to meet federal trade codes due to karat consistencies. I could be wrong on that legal aspect though. Kind of like Tacori and Tiffany, they always label their art. At first glance it looks like someone mispelled Label right?

So can I use that word to describe you now? Just kidding though I, wouldn't call you that.
