Hilarious as this thread is (to me), I think it best to lock it and rename the title as well as put the poster on probabtion for trolling.
No rational person with the Internet or a library at their disposal would think this to be iridium (maybe indium, which would still be a total score). Anyway, when you claim something passed all tests, and the most fundamental of them, melting, is done...your words are left as meaningless.
Should anyone want to make a thread about iridium, a metal most near and dear to my heart, without the trolling nonsense, please do. I'll probably participate heavily.
