Hi forum members.
My name is Dan. I am from the U.K.
I run an I.T. business and have been stockpiling my waste electronic scrap for the last 5 years. During the last 3 years I have been researching PM recovery and now looking to get started.
I found the goldnscrap videos on you tube (great information) and that lead me to this forum. I have been reading up on the various processes for the last couple of years and have broad knowledge of the sciences involved.
We have recently setup a small 15x30 foot lab with fume hood and working areas and extraction etc. I have just ordered my chemicals and they should arrive in the next week or so.
We have a reasonable supply of material to process, we will be starting with the high grade items first and recording results of processes as we go so we can calculate yield and place a scrap value on different materials.
Before we start our first batch there are a few questions I will ask in other posts and more valuable information on the forum to soak up.
I want to thank you guys in advanced, this forum is so invaluable and such a contribution to the community.
I am looking forward to starting this process and refining our refinery ;-) as we gain more experience.
