Their site says it's 20deg Baume. That works out to about 32% concentration. That's a bit on the low side. The additional sheet refers to a HCl substitute. The might have added buffers to lower the fuming.

I would look elsewhere unless there is someone here who has tried it with success.

That stuff is to expensive. Any decent hardware strore will have it on the shelf and it should be around $3 per gallon. The stuff I've been using is
%37.5

I used too much HCl starting out. You can use it multiple times if you bubble air through it. A cheap aquarium bubbler will work.
