my name is John, i am a automotive tech, married, 4 kids, 2 dogs, 15 fish.... well you get the picture lol :lol:
i have been lurking in the shadows of this site for a little bit now, all i can say is this is right up my alley! i just wish i would have paid more attention in science class when i was a kid lol. if they would have said you could do things like this in school i think a lot more kids would pay attention!
so I've been reading here enough to know that most of the regulars would like all the new guys here to read, read and then read some more. i think that's what i read haha. in my field of work they have whats called TSB'S (technical service bulletins,) basically what they are is when a manufacture has a issue with a car that affects a lot of the same cars they release a fix to all techs so we don't have to dig through and diagnose the common problem with the vehicle.
that's basically what i am doing here. I'm looking at all the guys that are having issues and what you guys recommend to fix the problem, that way if i ever run into that problem i can go back to my notes and see what the recommended fix was.
