First off happy new year for the community!

I am posting this topic because I need to find a US based refiner.
Location is not all that important but community recommendation is. I am located in Brazil and have started doing small scale refining. My biggest problem here is supply. I can find the odd deal here and there but there is not allot to go around.
I am finding much more supply in the USA in electronics, scrap jewelry and industrial equipment.
We have some very specific laws prohibiting the import of any "used" equipment of any kind here nationally (even classic car parts) so that leaves me searching for someone in the States.

Im not taking about anything massive yet but I do have extensive contacts world wide especially in Asia.
I would be purchasing material and sending it to you. I could work out pre processing if needed.

My main thing here in Brazil is gemstones, maybe this could be useful.

Interesting?

How did I just send some used rack mounted networking gear to Brazil if there is a law against it?

2 possibilities, Customs did not flag it as "used" or your client bribed the office, both happen every day, I prefer not to take the risk.
