Making chlorine gas

I am looking for advice on making chlorine gas using Trichloro-s-triazinetrione AKA Trichloroisocyanuric acid or Trichlor. It is easily available in my area and should provide 90% free chlorine I think. I thought it wise to ask the chemists here before trying with small amounts.
