Hi new kid on the block.........
was melting down electronic test points useing 3rd points 3rd soda ash 3rd borax got nice little bead, but borax ash became part of curcible..any help...
triied some gold wrap pins using same methode it all turn blue and is stuck in crucible......help please

Heat the crucible back up where the flux becomes liquid again and then take the button out. It's not a good ides to melt pins. You should process out the base metals and then process the gold before you melt them.

Please start using capitalization where appropriate, along with punctuation, and lose the text jingo. If you don't speak clearly on this forum, you will be largely ignored (as it should be).

If it's important enough for you to ask, expend enough effort for one of us with experience to pay attention to your inquiry. Talking to us as if we're morons isn't going to accomplish that goal.
