MF Induction melting furnace is a widely used heating equipment, and most smelting plants need to use this induction melting furnace. Next, I will introduce to you the working principle and use of induction melting furnace.

The working principle of induction melting furnace
The current flows to an induction coil that is wound into a ring or other shape. A strong magnetic beam with an instantaneous change in polarity will be generated in the coil. When a heated object such as a metal is placed in the coil, the magnetic beam will penetrate the entire heated object. In the inside of the heated object, the direction opposite to the heating current will generate a corresponding Very large eddy current. Because there is resistance in the heated object, it will generate a lot of heat, which will make the temperature of the object rise rapidly, and achieve the purpose of heating and melting all metal materials.
The editor believes that the induction melting furnace is the most efficient, fastest, low-consumption, energy-saving and environmentally friendly induction heating equipment for heating metal materials.

What do you recommend for melting precious metals in powder form?
