It is not new, been around for many years, gold wheel. It is used to get flour gold typical in river/stream sands or fines from chrushed ore. Many models, fines are carried up the spiral to the center where deposited, setup is critical. Material has to be carefully screened to appropriate mesh. Not allowed in some places where panning is legal because it is mechanical. Works well with the appropriate feed stock
