hi to all. Im Tim G from North Carolina and im new here. about a year ago i started collecting escrap to process for all the good stuff inside. mechanic by trade and after watching my uncle try it when i was a kid, decided to give it a go. nowadays theres a lot more pm available and unlike him i have more stable sources to get scrap from. i know i will have questions so i look forward to chatting with you guys from time to time

I have to disagree you, us old-timers had access to better and higher-grade materials, but back then we did not have as much access to the knowledge.

It is not the scrap, the rock ore, or even the gold or silver, that is important, it is the education of where they are, and how to get and recover them economically and safely and then sell or refine them without killing yourself or poisoning others that are important.
starting with the basics of safety will put you way ahead in this type of work, it will introduce you to many of the important principles of recovery and refining metals.
Much of the principles of dealing with waste are the very principles used to recover metals and are also important principles used in refining...
