Hi Everybody!

What a great website! I'm in the jewelry business (37 years) and have always wanted to refine with AR but didn't have quite enough info. Thanks to this site I've got some subzero on the way and just tore apart my first old computer (266 w/AMD chip) and looking for more. Thanks for the resources including the safety tips!

Welcome to the forum.

May I suggest to you that you take it slow, and explore the forum before buying anything more? You'll come to discover that you can get by perfectly well without buying "proprietary" chemicals, sold under a name intended to mislead you.

Read Hoke!

Harold did you mean buying anything more?
or burying gold or oneself deeper in the whole(buy buying these products)?
either one is good advice,
maybe I am just burying myself deeper here?

Just joking.

Spending a little time studying the forum and Hokes book can save a lot of time and money, and of course trouble, when beginning, and rereading it after you have done some refining you will pick up a lot of things you missed.

New Prospector welcome aboard, hope you do not mind me having fun with Harold on your post.
Harold has refined professionally for jewelers, so reading his Older posts may help you in your business.

Sigh!

Yep, I sure did, butcher. Nice catch. I'll edit the post.
