Hi,
I am a new member, from Florida previously from Quebec Canada. I am new to refining, have worked in Alcan chemical plant and also done plating for aircraft propeller parts.
I have carried down from Canada a portable electroplater that includes a copper anode and a nickel anode. I have many pounds of gold plated copper plates and pins that I would like to leach out the gold. I remember using cyanide for cadmium but would like advice on how much chemicals and type to use for gold and/or copper.
Glad to join a forum with such talented and educated members.
Hopefully one day I would be able to be half as smart as you guys!
