New to the Forum

Very new to the Refining process, I think its fantsastic. It has replaced golf as my new excuse to hide out. I work in the Environmental field and have found myself confronted with amazing access to Gold Plated materials, associated with Military and Ciruit board Facility decommissionng. I have been hording, experimenting, and in spite of the fact I probably am sitting on a cache, i really enjoy this,
I wont bog you down with all my questions, I wil try like hell to delve into the facts and read the folks comments with the experience. The AP stuff seems to be working fine for me, the ARegia..A different story.
Good news is I think i have more gold than chemical to process it. I will keep trying. Probably need to reduce my batch sizes. But I think I dumped an ounce of pure out already.
On the right track now I hope

Welcome to our forum.
From your post it's obvious that you're not on the right track. We are here to help new people learn how to safely recover and then refine precious metals. The first thing to do is put anything you are working on away in a safe place. attempting to do this without the proper understanding of what you are doing and why will end up landing you and/or others in the hospital or worse and your efforts will end in failure and loss of values.
First. find and study our safety section. take the guided tour of the forum. Download the free copy of C.M. Hoke's book " refining precious metal wastes" read her book untill you understand what she teaches.
Then! You will be ready to start working on how to attack the verious materials you have. You'll know what you are doing and why. What to do when the unexpected happens and how to handle the toxic wastes that you will produce. and we'll be better able to help you when needed.

You did not say what part of the world you are from other then US. A state will eventually help us help you with laws and places to take stuff etc.

You stated you work in the Environmental field. This tells me you should not have "dumped" anything. There are procedures here to remove all metals and make the solutions environmentally friendly salt water.

Do alot of reading here and learn dirrerent procedures before doing anything. This will get you gold and other PMs(Precious Metals) and not cause any problems you can not handle.
