Nice forum. Seeing what everone is doing to extract gold

Nice forum .i been placer mining since i was a kid.starting to do ewaste to extract the gold.took off gold off my ram and cpus i collected over the years.just picked up 70 ram chips the other day im about to get gold off soon.i was going to build or buy an electrowinning device from a place i know for a long time and also get some eco goldex solution plus do the vinagear method on some.i got 4 ram sticks that have a nice amount of gold.has anyone fone catalytic converters much.i fix cats and get them now and then.

It has no use in a refining lab.
Eco Goldex do not belong in a lab either.

The use of weak acids such as vinegar results in huge amounts of toxic waste that you have to treat properly before disposal, read the forum and follow the practices and procedures we use and pay attention to your waste disposal or you will poison your local water courses and very possibly get into trouble with the local authorities.

Its been a bit since i messed with seperating gold from other things.im regoing through many books i have from 90s and before and used to get my stuff from action mining before they moved to montana.vinagur and a few other things can take off gold fingers off ram chips and other things just slower and you can reuse it a bunch you just have to clear the different things out of the solution.there was a pop up about telling things about myself .not sure if i did it right.i know how to dispose of things safely.even the acids while being used have to be vented off and trapped to not pollute much and take to proper buisnesses to dispose of the rest of the way . Im just testing other ways people are taking gold off.im about to buy some eco goldex to strip gold off mainly .it will get other metals of to without getting to much low grade crap off.then was going to do eletrowining to extract gold and keep using the solution..what ways do you like best to extract gold,silver and platium from electronics.also have you seen best way to extract platinum and other stuff from catalytic converters.hopefully i can find someone i know that used to sale leaching columns and electrowining to extract the metals.they used to be 3 hours away and now there 3 states away from me.the pic is just a reference i have but forgot where i put the ratios to it.some of my stuff from professionals is on vhs .hopefully still good to tranfer to hard drive when i get a chance

Thanks for the info.i finally got it to print out but it printed out 2 pages on one.doing it on my phone.what do you not likd about the eco goldex.i was going to eletrowinning to get gold out and reuse solution.action mining is 3 states away now so little harder to go there to pick there brain like i did 20 years ago.using vinager ,peroxide and sea salt flakes the gold off nicely off of ram fingers.make sure there some copper. while only removing gold from clean board with no other componets on boards to.the eco goldex strips gold and leaves tin and steel on boards.i have many books through the years on leaching ,smelting ,refineing..i did nitrc and aqua regia and mercury 20 years ago.when i was able to do alot of placer mining.someplaces had alot of mercury on the gokd.i know about retorting devices.just slowly getting back into things since i have more time on my hands.thanks for your time.

It is almost impossible to read due to lack of commas, line dividers and wrong punctuation.

Much better to use straight and pure Chemicals, cheaper and no fuss on recovery.

What ways do you like best to extract gold,silver and platium from electronics. There are no Platinum in modern electronics

What do you not likd about the Eco Goldex.
It is one of these magic concoctions that cost way too much and some of them lock your PMs
so you need their anti magic concoction to get it out. Which version did you think to use?

Vinegar and Salt creates a weak HCl, it is both cheaper and less waste producing to use HCl.
And when you dissolve metals in it it is just as dangerous as other acids, because the toxic part is the dissolved metal.
Make sure there some copper.
