Although not related to PM in general a cell like this and a pump, small holding container, hoses, safety valve, torch head, will make a constant HHO flame.
I'm sure there are a few of you already aware of HHO torches.
This type of deal is very much like a gift.
A cell of this caliber has a very high retail sale price and here its available for $11 plus $18.60 shipping in the USA.
Sorry to plug this in here but I thought there would be some interest.
Don't think it will last real long, he started with 800 pieces for sale.
Edit: Again I was told it was made of Chinese S/S which is a very sub par S/S material, something to do with the chromium.
Possibly this cheap because he can't sell them. Thats all I know.
