Old cell phone batteries

I have a few hundred pounds of old cell phone batteries. The connectors, boards, and lights all seem to have gold plating. A lot of them have LEDs that have gold for the anode and cathode and underneath the little white dome is also some gold plating. Anyone have experience with these things? Suggestions on best way to process them? Incineration, Hcl leach,...
