old gm computer

found this old computer from a gm car looks like siver on the fingers and traces
one of the bigger chips says this
delco 518K 8407
4506 36323 CE1079
just wondering what could be in it

The fingers and traces are just going to be solder/tin.
(Silver is a good conductor but a bad candidate for finger type
connections due to its affinity to tarnish.)

If the unit is no longer functional the only way to find out what
is in the chip is to break one open!

Some of these were known to have some sort of palladium/solder hybrid.
