I have been a member here for many years but the server did not recognize me so I had to re-register.

I retired about 5-6 years ago and moved to very northern California just a 5 minute drive from the Pacific. I try to keep busy in my old age. I have an electronics recycling business, a big ebay store and I work at a local elementary school in 3rd grade. (back of the room, not the teacher)

No real hobbies but I am a tour guide at one of the most haunted lighthouses in USA (in the top 10) Battery Point in Crescent City.

I had many threads and replies but the server deleted them I guess.

Welcome back, if you remember the user name, an Admin may fix that.
Nothing is supposed to be deleted.

My user name now is same as before cyberdan. When I went to log in I think it said something about member not recognized and incorrect password. Are there now two cyberdan's?

cyberdan, I don't know what happened to your account, but at some point the username was changed to a generic "user12009". I have changed it to cyberdan1. I couldn't restore it to cyberdan because that name is now in use by the new account you've set up.

Please try to log in under the cyberdan1 name, using your old password. If that doesn't work, let me know and I'll reset the password for you. Once we get you back on to your old account, I'll reset the name back to the original cyberdan name, and change the new account to cyberdan2.

I'm afraid we also seem to have lost your iconic avatar. Once we get you back on your original account, you can add it back to your profile.

I will give it a try. The password was one of those sdfgfgdg that google makes up. Hope it still remembers.
