That is one highly exotherimic mix unless you get concentrated H2SO4 and H2O2. I know a couple of people who'd tell you not to use it and show you the facial and torso burn scars from using a dilute mix.
That out of the way, it does digest carbon based material extremely well. I know in school, my Chem teacher and Physics teacher would use it to clean the glassware. It did well, just got too hot to handle without good insulated gloves.
