Gently boyl for 2 hours with AR .
Solution should have a reddish hue.
Add spare ammount of NH4Cl.
The reddish hue gets stonger.
Apply heat. When hot enough pore
the clear solution to a 2nd glass. When
it gets cold you should view yellow/
orange precipitate

Try adding a sample to Ar and heat. Then add a few drops of Stannous chloride. If it's in there and leachable you will get a positive reaction.

PGM ores tend to be very complex with the values dispersed in a matrix of silicates and Aluminates with Iron oxides and sometimes alloyed with iron or Nickel. The best prep is to grind it to a fine powder. Sometimes it helps to digest the pulp in Sodium peroxide or Sodium Hydroxide to a red heat before you try to digest in AR. Fine particles trapped in the matrix can't be digested until they are exposed for chemical attack.
