I bought 4 of these for 37 bucks each and heres how the first one broke down. they weigh about 250-300lbs each.
10.5 lbs copper (I have a BluThunder Wire stripper)
7lbs aluminum
2.9oz Mcc's
7oz eprom and I.C. chips
6.3oz gold plated pins

I didn't weigh the small aluminum wire it just when in my ribbon wire bucket but i would guess 5lbs there/
The rest is just scrap metal about 150lbs
