My company, TCB International, is located in Phoenix AZ and our one ton an hour closed loop system using a thiourea based solution is able to process not only free milling ore, but black sands, Sulfides and some tellurides. We are also able to process PGMs.
Recently we just built a small batch system that will allow us to work with small, but high grade materials. It also allows us to use aqua Regia when it more effective than our thiourea based solution.
In reading some of the posts on the forum I believe this new system could be of benefit to some forum members.
Our fees are percentage based.
Rates for ore processing are determined by opt, amount of material available, and the amount of time needed to leach the material.
Testing consists of two short ton fire assays and .5 lb leach test on samples.
