I decided to advertise these here, even I know that majority of the members probably do not even know what are these for
Maybe there is somebody who want to build or maintain colorimeter or spectrometer for eg measuring copper content in silver cell... These are old manufacture, but 90 % brand new, many still in original plastic wrapper. Majority of them has measured inner diameter with 0,01 mm accuracy. Two walls are made of polished quartz, other two sides are ground glass. These are very robust, last a long time, even after occasional toppling. Durable, compatible with acids, capable to be used also for UV spectroscopy. Also, there are miniature ones, dissassembly is easy, there are two quartz windows on the sides and whole body is glass, with precisely measured length. Whole setup is in the black thermoset case to prevent surrounding light to skew the measurements.
I have dozens of them in various diameters and also in original cases, provided with lids or PTFE stoppers for micro-ones.
Cheap Chinese ones cost around 20 USD per piece, I can do half of this price - for quality manufactured pieces.
