Recovering gold from Dalmar C-3 solution

1. Has anyone ever done this?
2. There is cobalt in the solution. How would you remove this?

Sorry but I have to ask... Your title says recovering gold from dalmar c3. Are you positive there's gold there to begin with? All the specs I could find say C3 is a silver electroform. C4 is gold.
