Recrystallizing nitrate

i have Recrystallized potassium nitrate (stump remover) just by boiling distelled water and desolving 3 lbs in 1 gal of water with a 2/3 return in nitrate. i tried the same thing with hi-yield nitrate of soda and havent formed any crystls anyone know how to puerfy nitrate of soda?

Have you looked into the solubility of the potassium and sodium salts.
