Refiners

I agree with Harold. There are refiners that can and do make a profit at 98%. I use two different refinerys. One turns the material and payment very fast, the other I use part of the payment for gold to purchased gold wire, solder and casting grain at a better price than I can get these elsewhere. They are, also, excellent resources.

You must know what you have to be refined and what you want from them, you should be able to narrow it down to two or three and send to each one, go with the one or ones that produce the desired results.

This is not rocket sciene, once you find a good match, take the time to build good relationships and you will be well served.

So, has anyone delt with "American Refining Associates" out of Dallas, Tx.? If so, please tell us about your experiance. Or your experiances with other refiners, good and bad. Who should we stear clear of and who might we want to take a harder look at as a potential place to sell our PGs ?
