Agreed. Just try typing it directly into bing chat and it'll give a similar answer. I was logged in, so it probably took that into account, but it actually used the same source as Mr. Bot linked to above. It sounds like something easy to automate, and when effort is that low, it only takes one person to view and click the intended malicious link to convert that low cost of effort to relatively high value reward.
But on the bright side, one of the benefits of being on a more modern forum platform (I'm assuming here, I don't know about forum software marketspace) means more new modern "plugins" which might make use of that same machine learning to help moderators identify gpt responses even before forum members report it.
