So a couple of years ago we purchased a property at a tax auction in El Paso, TX. The owner hadn't paid property taxes on this property, and upon investigation we found him to be involved in a very large (national news over $100,000,000 involved) tax fraud case 7-8 years ago. The property had been abandoned and his whereabouts were unknown. We're real estate investors, mostly in residential and this was a whole new bag for us.

Anyway, making a long story short, we have no idea what to do with this property so we're putting it up for sale. We got a very good deal on it, as tax auctions often bring, so we're able to offer it up for what would be the cost of the land + empty buildings. The facility is partially operational, the crushing/shaking area would be up in running very rapidly. The roaster line seems like it could be up and running before too long too but I am speculating a little there as that's a more complex setup and I'm unaware of how that whole thing works exactly.

Asking price is $325,000 and you get the real estate + all equipment. It's 10 acres w/ 3 buildings @ approx 8,300 sq ft.

Here is a link to the eBay ad with more info, pics and some videos.

One of the highlights of the place is the middle building with the shaker tables. It's designed very nicely and everything runs well, I imagine it could process a lot of material/per hour.

Email me with questions, I'll also check the forum occasionally.
Thanks,
Alex
