Guys how to make a good oxidized silver?

Dissolve silver in nitric acid and neutralize with sodium hydroxide. The black precipitate is silver oxide.

Another way could be dipping in potassium poly sulphide solution

sulfur fumes will oxidize silver jewelry, then you buff it off the high places and it leaves an oxidized background. The fumes are very toxic, though. It was available as yellow powder in a small jar at pharmacies, several years ago---I don't know about now.
