Smb ratio

Hello, I’m new to gold refining and want to try my luck.. I have some low grade ore that I want to experiment with. After watching g videos i see people using the smb but I can’t figure out how much to use? Is there a ratio to go by?

Like for every 100ml of AR it’s x amount of smb?

Welcome to the forum.
Dont treat ore with acids! Ore can contain arsenic or mercury or other stuff you don't want in acids. Crush it fine and gravity separate it with water to recover the precious metals. Then treat the cleaned concentrates by smelting and cupelling or by hydrometalurgy.

For SMB use: about one gram of SMB for one gram of gold.
