I spent a few weeks researching different methods before I stumbled upon this Forum. I have to say I'm hooked, so much information and a great setup. Many people who know their stuff, even the ones that don't I'm learning from their mistakes just by reading about them. So I have been trading E-scrap for some time (as a hobby) and finally decided to get into recovery / refining. This is roughly my second month of researching and have run two successful batches of AP, no big mistakes but I can definitely work on improving my efficiency which I feel will come with the experience. I started out small, not up to Buckets of the stuff yet, just using as much as I need for these test batches. I'm in no rush and am slowly getting proper gear, have some glassware and SMB on order, got my pipettes today, respirator last week with my acid gas cartridges. Was very excited when I got my first foils, and i pretty much owe that to this forum. I have had to adjust my batches a bit, one was not very green, one was brown, found all the info on here to fix the issues. Stockpiling a bunch of IC's and Monolithics, not sure if I am going to have a try at either of these or just sell them. Well anyways there's my intro rant, I'm kinda cataloging my progress with photo's and might make a guide on here of how my own experiences went once i acquire my first button.
