OK – I stopped in at the local chem. Supply place where I get some of my chems. To see about getting some sodium chlorate &/or DMG. They gave me a price of $90 for 500 grams of sodium chlorate & $30 for 25 grams of DMG. & 2 weeks for them to get it in on special order. Also I bought some ammonium chloride from them awhile ago & paid around $45 for 500 grams.
Been working on gold & silver recovery/refining & putting solutions that test for PGM’s in the stock pot. Well the stock pot is getting full so need to start working on that but these chem. prices seem high. So the? is – are they high – or about right - & if high – any source info on cheaper would be great ???
