For those of you that collect steel scrap. The price per 100 lbs droped 62% today at my local scrap yard. It went from $14/100lbs to $5/100lbs (a 10 year low) in one days time. I do not know if this is local or national, but I do know that (new) steel prices droped severly as well. It would seem the market is saturated.
On a plus side for the PM scrappers, Bronze and Alu. are at a all time high at my local yard. Keep on truckin' PM!
