Since I came across older '70 type of this capacitors, to process them first I have to study.So I made an archive of pdf document so other can benefit from it if they encounter this types of electronic pieces.The documents claim the use of ruthenium oxide(in earlier version of wet capacitors) and palladium in '80 type.

And another type of document( Vishay company specs of various products) ....materials and diagrams of different layers in manufacturing the product.

I think this is the second one. (#6 down in this list);

Plus some others to check out in the list.

If you can tell me the title of the first one I may be able to find it on my computer, as I am unsure which one it is.

Does anybody have a link to this document? More research stuff about ancient capacitors is just one of the things I need.

I don't know what the PDF said but what I do know of i is that it would have been used in the early solid Ta caps. It was phased out with MO2. It is still used in some really rare cases like in ultra high reliability cases. some military applications and with implants this is still new technology that will be harder for most to ever see.

I have some PDFs on this I will have to find and organize them first.
