That's a big operation recovering 17 elements. 8)

Ok....big bussiness...but...Im not conviced...why...(I like reading between the "lines")....so:
1)It is Ru in Hdd...they say that...in small amount,not worth recover only if you have tons of them
2) page 20 of the document(bottom to be exact)....they recover 17 elements(sorry...metalls),but they not mess with CRT-glass,CRT-yoke...why?
3)on page 30...the right side....numbers seems high....grams per tonne...?
4) on page 17 in center left is a huge pile of "leftovers"...them will become concrete(cement for buildings) or burried?
