Early on I was experimenting with various video formats for my videos. I tried some resolutions and bandwidths that were not well suited to internet transmission. This is likely the cause of your extended buffering times if you are referring to the videos on my site.
I have plans to redo all of my older videos into the newest format (Silverlight). This format allows me to track how many viewers are watching which videos to tailor my video productions to my audiences preferred content.
So far only about 25-33% of my video have been converted to Silverlight. I hope to have them all converted by the end of the year.
All of my new videos (several coming very soon) will be in the Silverlight format.
