wanting to build a electric gold recovery system

Im wanting to built and electric recovery system. that is the type with the battery charger and solution where you attach the pos and neg leads to remove gold plating. ive seen this done on varies sites but no one seems to give a step by step process of building one.[knowledge is power]. can some one show me how. Ps ive seen some of the parts to build this on steves sites. But would like to have step by step instruction so it safe and properly built. Thanks
